For coworking spaces & staffed lobbies

Turn your address into recurring revenue.

Your front desk already accepts the mail. PossumPost turns that into a virtual mailbox service your members pay for every month — with an operator app your staff can pick up in minutes and branded emails that handle the follow-up for you.

The opportunity

Your lobby is working. It just isn't billing.

If you have a street address and someone at the front desk, you already have most of a mailbox business. What's missing is the system to run it.

You already have the address

Remote teams, new LLCs and home-based businesses want a real business address — and they'll pay for it every month.

You already have the desk

Someone is already there to accept deliveries. PossumPost gives them a quick routine instead of a growing pile.

You're missing the system

Photos, notifications, forwarding requests, reminders and records. Without software it's sticky notes and text messages. PossumPost is the system.

How PossumPost works

From the mail slot to “done” in five simple moves

Your staff handle the paper. PossumPost handles everything around it — the notifications, the choices, the to-do list and the record of what happened.

1

Mail arrives

Delivered to your address, just like today.

2

Staff snap it

Photograph the envelope in the operator app and pick the customer's mailbox.

3

Customer is notified

A once-a-day email with your name and logo shows what came in.

4

Customer decides

In their PIN-protected online mailbox, they choose for each piece:

Your team handles it

Requests land on the front-desk to-do list. Tap done. That's it.

Monthly recurring revenue

How PossumPost grows your MRR

Mailbox customers pay every month, and a business address goes on cards, websites and filings — it isn't something people change often. Each new signup stacks on top of the last.

Meet Marvin

He's more than a mascot.

Marvin is PossumPost's AI assistant. Ask him a customer question and he drafts an answer from your location's own information — your hours, your fees, your pickup rules. Your team reviews it and sends it. Marvin suggests; people decide.

Getting started

Up and running in three easy steps

Nothing to install and nothing to figure out alone. We set it up with you.

Book a call

A short intro call with Chris. We'll talk through your space, your members and whether mailboxes are a fit.

Create your company

We set up your company in PossumPost: locations, logo and colors, mail options, and logins for your staff.

Use the app

Start snapping mail. Customers get their setup link, your staff get a to-do list, and you get a new line of monthly revenue.

Space for advertisers

Every mail notification has room for a sponsor

People always open the email that says they have mail. PossumPost puts one sponsor placement in each daily mail summary, so local businesses can reach owners at exactly that moment.

For operators

Sell the spot to local businesses, or promote your own meeting rooms, day passes and events.

For advertisers

Scheduled placements with your logo and link, in front of local business owners.

Stay compliant

Serious about security. Allergic to paperwork.

Receiving mail for others comes with responsibilities. PossumPost keeps the records you need without holding onto documents you shouldn't have to worry about.

CMRA confirmation at activation

Before a mailbox goes live, your manager confirms the USPS CMRA paperwork is complete. PossumPost keeps that record.

No ID copies in the cloud

Form 1583s and IDs stay with you. PossumPost stores what it takes to run the mailbox — not copies of driver's licenses.

Locked-down access

Two-factor sign-in for staff, PIN-protected mailboxes for customers, and a log of every action taken.

PossumPost helps you run your mailbox program. It doesn't replace your own obligations as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency.

Born behind a real front desk. PossumPost runs the mailbox program at Cowork.Inc in Spring Hill, Tennessee — so new features get tested with real members and real mail before they reach you.

Mail gets done.
Questions

Good questions, quick answers

What do I need to get started?

A phone or tablet with a camera and a web browser. There's nothing to install — the operator app runs in the browser.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. They get an email with a link to their own PIN-protected online mailbox, where they can see photos of their mail and choose what happens to each piece.

How often are customers notified?

Once a day, in a single summary of what arrived and what's waiting for their decision. It's easier on their inbox and on your staff.

Will the emails have my branding?

Yes. Customer emails carry your company name, logo and colors. Your customers see your business, not ours.

Do I need to be a CMRA?

Receiving mail on behalf of other people or businesses generally means registering with USPS as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency and collecting Form 1583 from each customer. We're happy to talk through what that looks like on the intro call.

What does PossumPost cost?

It depends on your locations and how many mailboxes you run. We'll walk through pricing on the intro call.

Can I advertise in PossumPost emails?

Yes. Email hello@possumpost.app and we'll tell you what's available in your area.
